Overview
Daikin Applied seeks a Service Coordinator for its Houston District Service Office. This role owns customer service technician scheduling and administrative duties supporting commercial HVAC operations. What You'll Do11
- 1Schedule and dispatch technicians for jobs repairs warranties and maintenance
- 2Answer phones greet customers and maintain professional contact
- 3Track technician time and attendance
- 4Coordinate job startups and manage customer communications regarding scheduling and follow-ups
- 5Invoice and bill customers while performing office accounts payable and receivable tasks
- 6Follow up payments and ensure timely close-out of work orders with proper documentation
- 7Coordinate warranty administration order parts and track shipments
- 8Enter and maintain ERP data including work orders new customer information and technician hours
- 9Maintain OSHA compliance logs
- 10Organize inventory processes and assist new hires with paperwork and I-9 forms
- 11Provide workers compensation claim notifications to insurance carriers
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 22+ years related experience mechanical electrical plumbing or comparable industry
- 3Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Excellent organization problem solving and customer service abilities
- 6Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
- 7Experience with Astea or similar service tracking software preferred
