What You'll Do11
- 1Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts
- 2Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader or area leader is not present
- 3Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving the monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility
- 4Proactively escalate concerns to leadership as they arise
- 5Champion participation in community programs
- 6Lead by example with behaviors and team member resource group (TMRG) engagement
- 7Serve as certified trainer for team members in their span of care
- 8Perform on-the-job/hands-on team member training and mentoring
- 9Assign tasks to team members within the department, in partnership with the team leader, and follow up to ensure task completion
- 10Manage cash register system and all financial services equipment
- 11Operate equipment requiring physical activity such as lifting carrying pushing pulling bending twisting squatting stooping kneeling climbing
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in retail operations
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified cloud fundamentals knowledge
