What You'll Do11
- 1Greet and seat guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- 2Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS System
- 3Recommend menu items and employ suggestive selling techniques
- 4Communicate dietary restrictions to kitchen staff promptly
- 5Ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and maintain food quality standards
- 6Provide attentive service through drink refills and guest needs monitoring
- 7Address customer concerns immediately and escalate to management when needed
- 8Perform cleaning duties at service stations and dining areas
- 9Work night and weekend shifts in fast-paced environments
- 10Maintain full range of vision hearing and communication abilities
- 11Follow established protocols for food safety and service excellence
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 45+ years hospitality experience
- 53-5 seasons managing peak service periods
- 6Knowledge of POS systems and foodservice regulations
- 7Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly
- 8Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- 9High school diploma with relevant work history
- 10Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
