What You'll Do10
- 1Build customer relationships through friendly, prompt service
- 2Design and assemble fresh sandwiches with accuracy and speed
- 3Drive order accuracy and quick service to meet speed standards
- 4Own station cleanliness and organization to health department standards
- 5Ship tasks efficiently during opening and closing procedures
- 6Maintain stocked work areas and assist with light food prep as needed
- 7Deliver consistent guest experiences during peak periods
- 8Scale personal performance with feedback from Managers and Trainers
- 9Debug and resolve customer questions with grace
- 10Support cross-trained teammates to maintain smooth daily operations
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous restaurant or customer service experience required
- 3Reliable transportation to Raleigh NC area
- 4Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- 5Strong communication and listening skills
- 6Availability to work mornings or evenings as shifts vary
- 7ServSafe Manager certification preferred and can include certificate number
- 8Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
