What You'll Do6
- 1Build customer relationships through timely greeted service and accurate orders
- 2Support daily operations to meet standards for speed, accuracy, and friendliness
- 3Maintain clean, organized, and well stocked service stations compliant with health standards
- 4Handle AM opening procedures and PM closing procedures with diligence
- 5Answer menu questions accurately and resolve customer concerns with grace
- 6Assist with light food prep and other operational tasks as needed
Requirements8
- 1Previous restaurant or customer service experience
- 2Reliable transportation
- 3Answers to screening questions demonstrating relevant background
- 4Strong communication and listening skills
- 5Availability to work on weekdays 10 AM to 4 PM or later
- 6Strongly preferred ServSafe Manager certification with certificate number if applicable
- 7Willingness to work in fast paced, high traffic environment
- 8Ability to be friendly and professional with customers and teammates
