What You'll Do8
- 1Build guest experience by providing attentive service and high quality food within brand standards
- 2Design and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas and food prep surfaces
- 3Lead teamwork to ensure smooth operation during peak periods
- 4Operate safely and efficiently while following health and safety guidelines
- 5Ship great food and service across day, evening, and weekend shifts
- 6Own prompt communication with guests and internal teammates to resolve issues
- 7Scale consistency across locations through adherence to procedures
- 8Drive a positive culture by embracing feedback and continuous improvement
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 2Experience in restaurant is preferred but not required
- 3Excellent Customer Service and verbal communication skills
- 4High attention to detail
- 5Must be able to lift 10 to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- 6Must be able to work various shifts including day, evening and weekends
- 7Self motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- 8Willingness to learn on the job and follow established procedures
- 9Ability to work as part of a team in a diverse environment
