What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure an exceptional dining experience by following the Company's standard of service
- 2Take and relay orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- 3Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu including specials and beverage offerings
- 4Offer recommendations and answer guest questions about menu items
- 5Input orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery
- 6Set and clear tables according to restaurant standards
- 7Monitor dining area for cleanliness and maintain a professional appearance
- 8Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and efficient delivery
- 9Communicate effectively with fellow servers and support staff
- 10Promote specials and suggest upgrades to enhance the dining experience
- 11Work cohesively with kitchen staff management and colleagues during peak periods
Requirements8
- 1Saturday through Monday evening availability with flexibility
- 2Previous server experience in a restaurant setting
- 3Knowledge of POS systems
- 4Understanding of basic food safety and health regulations
- 5Customer-centric attitude and ability to work flexible hours
- 6Physical stamina to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
