What You'll Do11
- 1Provide exceptional guest service creating memorable experiences through food drinks and games
- 2Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members about operational issues
- 3Ensure accurate financial transactions using credit card systems and manage cash handling
- 4Follow alcohol awareness protocols and identify inappropriate guest behavior
- 5Prepare and execute bar orders through Micros system with precision
- 6Manage inventory through regular counts and requisition processes
- 7Keep dining area clean and maintain proper station setup and breakdown
- 8Assist with party preparations and table management throughout shift
- 9Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote brand loyalty
- 10Adhere to company policies while demonstrating flexibility and positive attitude
- 11Work diverse schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 5 years bartending experience with proven track record
- 2Certification in Alcohol Server Training or equivalent recognized credential
- 3Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds independently
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- 5Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced noisy environment
- 6Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled shifts
- 7Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and adhering to dress code
- 8Experience with POS systems particularly Micros platform
- 9Ability to lift, move and rearrange furniture and equipment
- 10Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously under pressure
- 11Valid driver’s license with clean record
