What You'll Do10
- 1Greet guests and take food and drink orders accurately using Micros, applying proper modifications and charges.
- 2Mix and serve drinks following all bar recipes to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
- 3Operate credit card machines correctly, calculate and return change, and maintain a personal cash bank.
- 4Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and escalate concerns to a manager.
- 5Keep the bar clean and stocked, setting up and breaking down stations before and after shifts.
- 6Deliver food trays to designated areas and ensure proper garnishing, following the 'full hands in, full hands out' approach.
- 7Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand.
- 8Complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested.
- 9Assist with party setup and breakdown, bus and reset tables as needed.
- 10Check back with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction and maintain drink levels.
Requirements8
- 121+ years of age.
- 2Restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required.
- 3Ability to read and communicate in English.
- 4Skilled in effectively communicating to generate enthusiasm about the guest experience.
- 5Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions.
- 6Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, stand or walk for 100% of the shift, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and mopping.
- 7Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
- 8Ability to operate Micros and handle cash transactions accurately.
