What You'll Do9

- 2Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system and ensure timely delivery.

- 4Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments, keeping the dining area clean and organized.
- 5Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and accuracy.
- 6Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and balance the register at shift end.
- 7Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards per local health regulations.
- 8Stay updated on menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings, including alcohol service rules.
- 9Assist in preparing the dining area for peak hours and support team members as needed.
Requirements9
- 118+ years of age or older.
- 2Valid Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Service Licensing (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
- 31+ years of server experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant preferred.
- 4Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 15+ pounds, and perform bending, stooping, and reaching.
- 5Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- 6Basic math skills for cash and card payment processing.
- 7Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- 8Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 9Ability to learn Aloha POS and HotSchedules scheduling software.
