What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement server workflows to support high volume dining operations
- 2Train and mentor kitchen staff on food handling and sanitation protocols
- 3Maintain clean dining areas through regular sweeping and surface cleaning
- 4Assist cooks with post-meal cleanup including dishwashing and equipment maintenance
- 5Set up serving stations and coordinate meal distribution to residents
- 6Ensure compliance with health regulations during peak service periods
- 7Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency
- 8Drive continuous improvement in food service delivery standards
- 9Support team initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience with POS systems and restaurant software
- 2AWS Certified cloud infrastructure knowledge preferred
- 3Spark and Airflow proficiency for data analysis tasks
- 4Minimum 3-5 seasons of hospitality experience
- 5Valid food handler certification required
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 7Strong communication skills for resident and staff interactions
- 8Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- 9Certification in food safety management preferred
