What You'll Do10
- 1Utilize proper food handling and food service techniques
- 2Take meal/drink orders and serve meals promptly
- 3Assure resident satisfaction with meals
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- 5Follow safety and loss prevention procedures
- 6Set up and clean dining rooms
- 7Assist with orientation and training of new staff
- 8Perform opening and closing checklists
- 9Ensure proper directional flow and supply placement
- 10Maintain high standards of appearance and hygiene
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma required
- 2Previous fine dining experience preferred
- 33-5 years of relevant experience
- 4Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
