What You'll Do9
- 1Communicate effectively with managers servers and hosts to support daily operations
- 2Assist with guest inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance guest experience
- 3Collaborate with management to offer constructive suggestions for improvement
- 4Follow all safety health and sanitation regulations adhering to national state and local guidelines
- 5Maintain a clean well-maintained uniform meeting restaurant standards
- 6Uphold positive hygiene practices throughout all work shifts
- 7Demonstrate hospitality by answering questions and addressing requests
- 8Adhere to all duties outlined in the associate handbook
- 9Support bussers and other team members when needed
