What You'll Do11
- 1Manage entire restaurant operations including daily decisions staff support and guest interaction
- 2Schedule and plan resources while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- 3Interview hire and train hourly employees
- 4Facilitate orientation and provide ongoing employee feedback
- 5Prepare end-of-shift reports such as sales cash and labor controls
- 6Ensure workplace safety by protecting employees guests and assets
- 7Follow security procedures for storerooms freezers and offices
- 8Direct organizational goals through hands-on leadership
- 9Build coach and develop teams with strong communication skills
- 10Solve problems and deliver exceptional customer service
- 11Work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2-5 years restaurant management experience
- 2Proven ability to direct organizational goals
- 3Hands-on leadership style
- 4Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- 5Detail oriented with focus on quality
- 6Willingness to work nonstandard shifts
- 7Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- 8Certification in food safety or hospitality management preferred
- 9Ability to perform all duties as required
- 102-5 years experience with Spark Airflow AWS
