Server Assistant Miami Restaurant Support
Overview
Server Assistant at 900 Brickell LLC in Miami provides full support to servers and bartenders to enhance guest experience. You will manage food and beverage delivery table maintenance and station tasks allowing staff to focus on guest service. This role emphasizes maintaining dining room condition and appearance through detailed operational duties.
What You'll Do11
- 1Obtain service area assignment at the start of each shift
- 2Bring bread and butter upon request
- 3Deliver food and beverages directly to servers and bartenders
- 4Remove used tableware between courses and replenish for next course
- 5Clear tables after guest departure and transport soiled items to dish room
- 6Sort and stack silverware dishes and glassware in designated areas
- 7Clean table tops chairs and booths between seatings
- 8Check floors and clean as required
- 9Communicate guest requests to servers and coordinate with hosts
- 10Maintain clean sanitary environment throughout the restaurant
- 11Perform additional duties as directed by manager
Requirements7
- 1Minimum age 18 years old
- 2Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- 3Ability to work in a fast paced high stress environment
- 4Fluent English speaking writing and understanding skills
- 5Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 6Standing position for extended periods
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
