What You'll Do11

- 4Answer calls and provide appropriate service
- 5Manage bookings in person over phone or online
- 6Seat guests using visual cues for bar or dining
- 7Provide personalized service for large parties and VIPs
- 8Monitor guest needs to ensure high quality service
- 9Protect establishments and patrons through sanitation safety and alcohol policies
- 10Issue dining charges verify orders calculate taxes total bills
- 11Receive payments validate credits approve checks accept currency issue change
Requirements8
- 1Minimum one year experience as a Host or entry‑level restaurant role
- 2Flexibility for weekend evening holiday shifts
- 3Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- 4Physical ability to stand long periods
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Ability to work under pressure respond quickly to emergencies
