- 1Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks teas and specialty beverages following company recipes
- 2Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- 3Receive and process payments via credit card
- 4Clean and sanitize counters equipment and customer areas
- 5Sweep and mop to keep spaces clean
- 6Ensure proper upkeep of workstations utensils and storage areas
- 7Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling
- 8Serve and prepare food including avocado toast and pastries
- 9Assist with general cleaning and take out trash
- 10Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- 11Deliver food and drink orders promptly and assist with restocking supplies
- 12Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean
- 13Clear and wipe down tables return dishes to the kitchen and reset dining areas
- 14Support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours
- 15Help manage to-go and delivery orders
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma relevant training is a plus
- 2Naturally positive attitude and love for connecting with people
- 3Previous work experience as a Barista or Customer Service
- 4Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- 5Basic math skills
- 6Ability to gauge customers preferences
- 7Excellent communication skills
- 8Flexibility to work various shifts holidays and weekends
- 9Food handler certification
