Overview
Rowan Clubhouse seeks a friendly dependable Barista & Guest Experience Associate who loves quality coffee and family-centered environment. This role offers cross-training in café service front desk support play monitoring and light cleaning to maintain smooth operations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare espresso drinks coffee matcha and other café menu items to Rowan standards
- 2Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked café station
- 3Handle POS transactions and provide warm efficient service
- 4Greet families check in guests and answer questions about memberships play sessions and events
- 5Create a welcoming calm experience for both parents and children
- 6Oversee café area to ensure a safe positive environment
- 7Engage kindly with children and support Rowan’s play rules and flow
- 8Assist with routine cleaning throughout the day tables café area and play zones
- 9Support end-of-day closing duties as needed
Requirements6
- 1Barista experience required
- 2Comfortable working around young children and families
- 3Positive calm and team oriented attitude
- 4Reliable and willing to jump in where needed flexibility is key
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
- 6Weekend availability is an asset
