Assist in coordinating all Special Events and Leisure Experiences such as ICE! during October to January. Ensure operational excellence in areas like lighting AV cleanliness and aesthetics. What You'll Do11
- 1Check status of operations lighting AV cleanliness and resolve aesthetic deficiencies
- 2Follow training guidelines set by Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers
- 3Monitor and train all Special Events personnel
- 4Learn and operate event software systems including ticketing retail and inventory tools
- 5Resolve financial inventory and numeric issues
- 6Report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to manager
- 7Verify uniform and personal appearance remain clean professional
- 8Maintain confidentiality protect company assets
- 9Welcome guests greet them professionally and handle inquiries
- 10Develop process improvements to boost efficiency productivity quality safety and cost savings
- 11Stand sit or walk long periods perform physical tasks up to 25 pounds
