- 1Build scalable therapeutic frameworks using Python and AWS to manage client data efficiently
- 2Design integrated treatment plans leveraging React frontend components for client portals
- 3Lead multidisciplinary teams utilizing Kubernetes orchestration for system reliability
- 4Ship innovative mental health solutions within 90 days through agile methodologies
- 5Drive process optimization using BCBA principles to enhance service delivery
- 6Scale digital platforms supporting hybrid remote-in-office work models
- 7Debug complex systems ensuring seamless client experiences
- 8Develop data-driven insights using Spark and Airflow for operational improvements
- 9Collaborate with stakeholders to align clinical outcomes with organizational goals
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of clinical practice experience
- 3Master’s in social work or equivalent counseling qualification
- 4Oregon licensure as LPC LCSW or LMFT
- 5Proven ability to deliver evidence-based care to diverse age groups
