What You'll Do9
- 1Design and deliver personalized care plans for critically ill children
- 2Manage feeding tubes tracheostomies and ventilator support
- 3Conduct daily assessments and document patient progress using electronic tablets
- 4Collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize treatment outcomes
- 5Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- 6Lead shift handovers and coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts
- 7Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for high‑acuity environments
- 8Implement evidence‑based interventions to improve patient recovery
- 9Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- 3Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – assistance available
- 4TB skin test current within last 12 months
- 5Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- 6Reliable transportation
- 7Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
