Overview
Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high acuity private duty care across days and nights Monday through Friday and weekends. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain accurate patient records using electronic documentation platforms
- 2Design and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- 3Lead daily care activities and drive clinical decision making
- 4Ship medications and supplies according to prescribed protocols
- 5Drive patient engagement and educate families on care management
- 6Scale care delivery to meet fluctuating patient demands
- 7Debug equipment issues and troubleshoot clinical challenges
- 8Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- 9Own patient flow from admission through discharge processes
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Compact license must be transferred to Texas within 90 days
- 3Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- 4TB skin test current within last 12 months
- 5Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- 6Reliable transportation required
- 7Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Texas
- 8State-specific requirements applicable to your location
- 9Valid immunization records meeting employer standards
