Senior UiPath Developer / Technical Lead
Overview
You will own the design and delivery of enterprise-scale automation solutions using UiPath, acting as the technical lead for a growing AI & Automation practice. You will guide a team of developers while staying hands-on, and partner with business stakeholders to turn complex processes into reliable, scalable automations. What You'll Do8
- 1Design UiPath workflows and automation architectures for high-volume business processes, focusing on maintainability and performance.
- 2Develop and deploy robust automation solutions using RE Framework, Orchestrator, and Citrix Automation, ensuring zero-defect releases.
- 3Lead technical discovery sessions with clients, translating business requirements into UiPath process design documents and technical specs.
- 4Mentor and guide junior developers on UiPath best practices, code reviews, and reusable component libraries.
- 5Drive the implementation of UiPath integration with OCR, AI Center, and SAP to expand automation capabilities.
- 6Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle from proof of concept to production, measuring success by accuracy and ROI.
- 7Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations, reducing cycle time and error rates across the portfolio.
- 8Collaborate with solution architects to define technology standards and evaluate new UiPath features.
Requirements7
- 16+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years in UiPath development, including UiPath Advanced Developer certification preferred.
- 2Proven expertise in RE Framework, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Studio for building state-machine and queued automations.
- 3Strong C# or VB.NET skills for custom activities and UiPath extensions.
- 4Experience with SQL Server and API integrations (REST/SOAP) to connect automations with enterprise systems.
- 5Hands-on experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment.
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading technical workshops.
- 7Flexibility to work onsite in Denver and travel as needed for client engagements.
