Overview
Own high-volume residential and commercial closings for Florida properties at scale within a dynamic estate planning firm. This role demands a licensed Florida Title Agent who can independently manage 30–40+ files per month from intake to final policy with accuracy and clear communication. You will own end-to-end closings, resolve issues proactively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is not entry-level, and we’re looking for a proven closer who thrives with ownership and collaboration. You will join a team leveraging technology to ensure smooth client experiences and proactive updates.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and oversee full-cycle closings from intake through final title policy for residential and commercial files
- 2Review and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan documents to ensure accuracy
- 3Clear title requirements and resolve liens, judgments, and defects
- 4Coordinate funding and disbursement of funds with precision
- 5Ensure timely recording of legal documents and issue final title policies when ready
- 6Analyze title searches and public records for accuracy and risk to support decisions
- 7Review surveys, legal descriptions, and plats for completeness
- 8Communicate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout each transaction
- 9Collaborate with processors and remote teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- 10Prepare title abstracts and title opinions when required
Requirements9
- 1Active Florida Title Agent License
- 2In-office availability in Hollywood FL
- 35+ years of title closing experience
- 4Proven ability to manage 30–40+ files per month independently
- 5Experience working with processors including remote processors
- 6Proficiency with title software Qualia preferred
- 7Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 8Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment
- 9Strong written and verbal communication skills
