What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and execute technology digital strategy for Waste accounts
- 2Translate customer feedback into comprehensive technology solutions
- 3Gain deep understanding of customer operations to recommend integrated digital offerings
- 4Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to drive sales
- 5Coordinate with CAT Customer Solutions Core Region and Commercial Technology Teams
- 6Enhance Waste Service Offerings through productivity reporting and safety enhancements
- 7Expand service options via new reports developed with Cat Digital
- 8Promote AI and Safety Solutions through VisionLink
- 9Identify connectivity configurations and support deployment of key technology solutions
- 10Drive collaboration on planning fully technology adopted sites
- 11Analyze account management activities and support current customers
Requirements11
- 1Broad expertise in Relationship Management and Customer Focus
- 2Consistent reinforcement of customer focus as organizational strategy
- 3Extensive experience in Value Selling for waste customers
- 4Proven negotiation skills for internal and external deals
- 5Working knowledge of Account Management for services organizations
- 6Decision making and critical thinking abilities
- 7Strong communication of technology needs using effective tools
- 8Bachelor’s degree in business engineering or related field
- 9Knowledge of Caterpillar products and applications preferred
- 10Experience in waste industry preferred
- 11Domestic relocation assistance available
Salary Insight
$128 - $193k per year
