Bridge engineering and project management while synchronizing schedules with AES Scheduling Engineer. Drive quality and delivery of automation products and projects.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage staffing development and performance of a PSE engineering team
- 2Support project execution including design review schematic review component testing automation programming
- 3Monitor project quality costing profitability timeliness
- 4Provide specialized engineering technical support consulting services
- 5Design and implement software programming for generator control switchgear automation
- 6Configure program hardware test automation devices
- 7Own and scale engineering initiatives ensuring automation product quality
- 8Drive decisions using consultative methods assess alternatives predict impacts
- 9Deliver feedback focusing on behavior without offense
- 10Listen to feedback without defensiveness and improve communication
- 11Establish maintain healthy client vendor peer relationships negotiate terms conduct progress reviews
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark Airflow
- 2Plato Software Expertise including Modicon Schneider Electric Rockwell Allen Bradley Codesys
- 3HMI Software Proficiency Factory Talk RSView Vijeo Crimson Kepware Applicom EcoStruxure Machine SCADA
- 4Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
- 5Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Computer Science Materials Science 3-5 years experience
