What You'll Do9
- 1Lead systems engineering activities for Appian workflow and enterprise data capabilities including requirements analysis and system design
- 2Translate mission needs into technical requirements and create Agile backlog items
- 3Develop design packages and workflow documentation for scalable systems
- 4Coordinate dependencies with partner systems and stakeholders
- 5Support Agile sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies
- 6Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- 7Maintain technical artifacts and documentation
- 8Facilitate Scrum events and promote cross-functional collaboration
- 9Ensure solutions are testable and aligned to mission outcomes
Requirements7
- 1BS in Engineering or related field with 12+ years experience
- 2Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to maintain polygraph
- 3Experience converting stakeholder needs into technical specifications
- 4Proficiency with Agile tools like GitLab Jira Confluence
- 5Certification in Appian Development preferred
- 6Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- 7Familiarity with systems engineering methods and microservices architecture
