What You'll Do6
- 1Manage advanced Okta functionality including Device Trust and Adaptive Security Policies
- 2Implement RBAC best practices and maintain consistent access governance across global systems
- 3Develop automated workflows with Workato and Okta Workflows to reduce manual effort
- 4Lead application integrations such as SAML OIDC and OAuth with minimal operational disruption
- 5Act as Tier 2 escalation point for complex access issues and mentor Service Desk staff
- 6Collaborate with global teams during occasional off‑hours to support distributed operations
Requirements9
- 15+ years of Systems Engineering or Identity & Access Management experience
- 2Strong expertise in Okta administration and identity lifecycle management
- 3Certifications such as CPC Card or AWS Certified are preferred
- 4Proficiency with Lumos or comparable identity governance platforms
- 5Experience building automation workflows using Python PowerShell or similar scripting languages
- 6Deep understanding of RBAC zero‑trust security principles and PAM rollout
- 7Fluency in REST APIs and scripting for troubleshooting authentication and API failures
- 8Solid academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering
- 9Familiarity with Google Workspace Enterprise organizational units and policies
