What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as the dedicated Security Engineering partner for Ripple Treasury BU
- 2Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews across Treasury offerings
- 3Own the secure software development lifecycle for the product surface area
- 4Drive cloud security architecture including IAM network segmentation encryption and zero trust controls
- 5Partner with GRC to ensure compliance with SOC 2 ISO 27001 and financial regulations
- 6Own vulnerability discovery through assessments pen testing and bug bounty programs
- 7Build and scale a Security Champions model within Treasury Engineering
- 8Influence engineering architecture decisions at the senior level
- 9Mentor and develop Security Engineers through threat model walkthroughs and knowledge sharing
- 10Stay ahead of threats in FinTech crypto and enterprise treasury systems
- 11Translate emerging attack techniques into concrete defensive improvements
Requirements11
- 110+ years of Security Engineering experience
- 2Expert-level product security skills including threat modeling and secure SDLC
- 3Deep expertise in securing cloud environments across Azure AWS and GCP
- 4Hands-on experience building DevSecOps tooling for static dynamic and composition analysis
- 5Strong software engineering skills in Python Go or equivalent
- 6Background in FinTech crypto blockchain or high-stakes financial environments
- 7Practitioner's approach with close proximity to the work
- 8Ability to write threat models review architecture documents read code and build tooling
- 9Knowledge of cryptographic principles key management HSM MPC PKI and key rotation
