We seek a Senior Solution Architect to lead migration projects for PLM systems. The role involves transforming engineering processes and data into efficient workflows within the Propel platform. This position ensures seamless migrations of legacy systems while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead Legacy System Migration Projects Architect and execute large-scale migrations from legacy PLM/PDM/QMS systems to the Propel platform
- 2Facilitate business process workshops to map and design legacy process workflows using Propel capabilities
- 3Drive project success by spearheading client implementation projects with on-time and on-budget delivery
- 4Collaborate with System Integrator partners to architect innovative solutions
- 5Conduct business process workshops to align customer requirements with Propel's features
- 6Provide expert consulting on integrating Propel with CAD and ERP platforms
- 7Act as SME in data mapping and migration best practices and system optimization
- 8Design, develop, and deploy custom components and integrations with third-party providers
- 9Prepare compelling product demos and scope data migration efforts for prospective clients
- 10Contribute to refining Propel's service offerings based on field insights
- 11Prepare high-level PLM and QMS business process consulting to influence strategic decisions
Requirements9
- 110+ years of hands-on experience with PLM or QMS systems including full-cycle implementations and migrations
- 2Deep expertise in business process design and mapping from systems like Teamcenter Windchill ENOVIA Agile PLM Aras or legacy PDM platforms
- 3Demonstrated capability in detailed project planning executive communication and team leadership
- 4Proven ability to create engaging learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences
- 5Experience with database management systems such as Oracle and SQL Server and understanding of data structures in PLM and QMS environments
- 6Proven project management skills for delivering complex migrations on tight timelines
- 7Outstanding communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- 8Industry knowledge in manufacturing medical devices high-tech electronics or semiconductor sectors
- 9Nice-to-have: Salesforce platform experience BOM management change management quality processes IPaSS or middleware familiarity regulatory compliance knowledge
