Overview
Own design, build, and scale our next generation Agentic AI Platform at scale. Focus areas include LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, and MCP with strong software engineering in Golang, Python and Java. Collaborate across the team to deliver reliable, scalable platform components. This role is onsite in Vienna, VA and contributes to high impact AI infrastructure.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build scalable AI platform components using Golang and Python to support LLMs and RAG workflows
- 2Design and deploy distributed services that enable multi agent coordination and MCP
- 3Ship reliable software through tests, CI/CD pipelines, and monitored deployments
- 4Own performance, reliability, and scalability, resolving bottlenecks in production
- 5Lead code quality and reviews, mentoring junior engineers to accelerate delivery
Requirements5
- 15+ years building large scale software systems with Golang and Python
- 2Experience with LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems
- 3Strong knowledge of distributed systems concepts and microservices architecture
- 4Proficiency with modern software engineering practices, tests, and deployment pipelines
- 5Onsite in Vienna, VA or willing to relocate to support onsite work
