Overview
Join CrowdStrike as a Software Development Engineer in Test leading automation efforts for our AI-native security platform. You will design and implement automated testing solutions for the Charlotte AI system at scale. This role focuses on optimizing development and testing lifecycles through hands-on coding and tool automation.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement automated testing solutions using Go Python Jenkins Spinnaker Kafka OpenSearch SQL Redis AWS services
- 2Validate integration of other teams services with Charlotte AI platform
- 3Build test plans covering functional and non-functional performance scalability stability requirements
- 4Execute automated tests to identify defects track issues and ensure software quality
- 5Analyze test results identify trends and recommend improvements
- 6Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify project scopes and timelines
- 7Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects
- 8Stay current with industry trends in automated testing techniques and AI technologies
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- 25+ years QA and test automation experience as an SDET
- 3Hands-on experience with Go Python Java or similar modern programming languages
- 4Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals algorithms data structures operating systems networking distributed systems
- 5Experience with automated testing frameworks
- 6Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Git Bitbucket
- 7Experience with AWS services including S3 EC2 IAM
- 8Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- 9Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 10Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
- 11Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making streamline workflows and drive business outcomes
Salary Insight
$140 - $215k per year
