What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with platform engineering and sensor core teams to debug deployment issues and provide executive updates on project initiatives
- 2Drive operational decision-making by resolving architectural challenges and optimizing infrastructure dependencies
- 3Create and execute operation schedules for sensor foundation activities across distributed teams
- 4Collaborate globally with business units to define sensor infrastructure program goals and expectations
- 5Track platform engineering status and ensure release schedules are met through proactive risk management
- 6Build AI-powered dashboards and automated reporting systems using Claude skills and agentic workflows
- 7Develop AI agents that identify process bottlenecks and resource utilization gaps
- 8Manage distributed teams and cross-functional partners to establish shared accountability frameworks
- 9Integrate AI into existing enterprise workflows for operations monitoring and insight generation
- 10Lead large platform and cloud engineering programs across geographies while maintaining technical fluency
- 11Foster collaborative relationships across divisions to ensure seamless dependency management
Requirements10
- 15+ years managing complex platform engineering programs with 100+ engineers
- 2Proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- 3Experience owning product portfolios and orchestrating cross-functional stakeholder planning
- 4Ability to translate complex technical conversations into actionable summaries
- 5Strong organizational skills for navigating multi-stakeholder environments
- 6Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code and prompt engineering
- 7Light development skills in Python or Go for automation scripting
- 8Background in platform engineering domain knowledge and sensor core technologies
- 9Demonstrated leadership of distributed teams across time zones
- 10Excellent communication abilities bridging strategic and tactical execution
