  • 2Identify structure-property relationships determine mechanism of action and failure translate into improved catalyst designs
  • 3Work with external vendors to source novel ligands and complexes for screening and scale-up
  • 4Scope custom syntheses evaluate feasibility and cost
  • 5Partner with product development team to scale technology from lab to pilot and production-intent systems
  • 6Own catalyst R&D initiatives and drive iterative improvements within 90 days
  • 7Maintain rigorous documentation of experimental processes and results

Requirements5

  • 1Track record of designing and synthesizing molecular functional materials such as coordination complexes or organic redox-active compounds
