What You'll Do11
- 1Perform final review of schedules for estimating as requested
- 2Collaborate with Business Development on project schedule submissions
- 3Develop baseline project schedules with project management staff
- 4Provide oversight to outside scheduling consultants
- 5Create schedule of values with project managers and estimators
- 6Ensure cash flow positivity through loadings
- 7Prepare monthly pay applications using cost-loaded schedules
- 8Review resource and cost-loading based on consultant requirements
- 9Identify schedule threats and analyze monthly resource loading
- 10Participate in Project Reviews and schedule optimization discussions
- 11Train PC employees on scheduling policies and procedures
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management with 5+ years experience in water wastewater or utilities
- 2Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- 3Five years of relevant scheduling experience
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5PMI Certification preferred
