Senior RF Spectrum Policy Analyst Engineer
Overview
Lead spectrum policy analysis and advocacy for government customers. Own development and implementation of spectrum plans while protecting customer access. Analyze ITU FCC NTIA actions and coordinate with stakeholders.
What You'll Do6
- 1Evaluate national and international spectrum policy activities to determine impacts on customers
- 2Support development and implementation of spectrum plans strategies and policies
- 3Advocate for policy positions to protect customer spectrum access
- 4Provide technical analysis for spectrum reallocation studies
- 5Coordinate with program offices federal spectrum agencies and stakeholders
- 6Mentor junior employees in spectrum management and engineering
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
- 2Minimum 8 years of relevant technical experience
- 3Knowledge of ITU FCC NTIA spectrum management processes
- 4Prior experience with spectrum policy and coordination
- 5Ability to present results effectively in briefings and technical reports
