Senior Retail Sales Associate Philadelphia
Overview
This role owns front of house in a home improvement retail environment. The position includes salary plus 3 percent commission. First year target earnings exceed 75000. This is a full time onsite role in Philadelphia.

- 6Oversee daily showroom operations coordinating sales purchasing and fulfillment
- 7Manage scheduling floor coverage and staff productivity
- 8Maintain organized well merchandised showroom floor
- 9Own inventory management ensuring correct product mix across price points
- 10Monitor stock levels coordinate with purchasing to minimize excess inventory
- 11Analyze sales trends adjust inventory levels and protect margins
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience in flooring carpet or home improvement retail sales leadership
- 2Proven ability to manage sales teams and showroom operations
- 3Strong knowledge of inventory management pricing strategies and margin optimization
- 4Experience approving quotes pricing adjustments and managing sales pipelines
- 5Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills
