Senior Relationship Manager II Business Banking Boston MA
Overview
Own a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships for small business clients in Boston. Drive new business and manage risk while serving existing clients. Collaborate with branch partners to cross sell products and achieve revenue targets. This role differs by focusing on senior-level relationship management and strategic growth.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop new banking relationships with business prospects
- 2Service existing business banking client base
- 3Achieve established goals as outlined by manager
- 4Work with branch partners to maximize sales efforts to business customers
- 5Network with centers of influence to develop business including accountants and attorneys
- 6Manage the segment’s most complicated and important loan relationships
- 7Evaluate credit information and recommend appropriate loan structures
- 8Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue
- 9Oversee a loan portfolio of $30MM plus
- 10Manage approximately 30 to 65 relationship managed clients
- 11Actively participate in all business banking and retail sales sprints
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams
- 37+ years experience
- 4Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5Knowledge of personal computers and department software
- 6Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns
- 7Excellent credit skills necessary to evaluate loan requests
- 8AWS Certified
- 9CPC Card certification
- 10BCBA certification
