Senior Regional Manager, Schwab Wealth Advisory
Overview
Own and lead a regional team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a client focused, office-based environment. Drive growth and service quality through coaching, collaboration with internal partners, and adherence to Schwab’s investment framework. Focus on integrity, market knowledge, and a culture of client service while progressing leadership development and operational excellence. This role emphasizes on-site collaboration and strategic execution aligned with asset and service targets.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coach a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors to grow client base and service quality
- 2Partner with Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives and Directors to align regional strategy
- 3Develop others through mentorship and financial services expertise
- 4Design and implement plans to meet asset and service targets
- 5Monitor client interactions and coach for improved service and advice quality
- 6Provide daily planning and execution support for SWAI clients
- 7Perform compliance and administrative tasks inherent in the role
- 8Foster collaborative relationships with internal partners and clients
- 9Drive change management and process improvements to support growth
- 10Represent Schwab in client-facing conversations and regional activities
Requirements7
- 1CFP® designation or CFA® designation (may consider 24 month condition of employment)
- 2Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required
- 4Active and valid FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE)
- 5Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE)
- 6Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry
- 7Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred
Salary Insight
$185 - $245k per year
