Highly collaborative Senior Sourcer joins Global Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote capacity. Leading software company seeks professional to build robust pipelines of top-tier passive talent across Go-To-Market functions. 6 month contract, could go permanent. Shift 8 AM – 5 PM EST Pay Rate $60 per hour
What You'll Do10
- 1Design and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify engage nurture top passive talent for complex Go-To-Market roles across enterprise software and B2B SaaS platforms
- 2Partner directly with Talent Acquisition leads and GTM business leaders to understand team goals core competencies role requirements compensation structures to refine sourcing parameters
- 3Craft compelling highly personalized outreach messaging highlighting employer value proposition converting high-potential passive leads into active candidates
- 4Drive equitable talent sourcing strategies embedding diversity equity inclusion belonging best practices throughout candidate discovery phase ensuring representative talent pools
- 5Serve as consultative resource mapping competitor organizations analyzing candidate movement trends sharing actionable talent market insights with recruiting partners hiring managers
- 6Qualify candidates through 5+ years of dedicated talent sourcing experience focused on Go-To-Market roles within high-growth tech or B2B SaaS organizations
- 7Demonstrate track record of identifying engaging top talent across disciplines including Enterprise Sales Solution Engineering Customer Success Marketing Revenue Operations
- 8Utilize advanced expertise with recruiting tools and sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search string architecture talent mapping CRM workflows passive sourcing channels
