Senior Project Manager, Real Estate Technology

What You'll Do8
- 1Drive end-to-end delivery of real estate technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
- 2Coordinate with IT, real estate, finance, and legal teams to align project requirements and deliverables with business objectives.
- 3Manage vendor relationships and contracts for Tango and Lucernex implementations, ensuring SLAs and quality standards.
- 4Facilitate requirement gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders to validate functionality.
- 5Mitigate risks and resolve issues that impact project timelines, escalating to leadership when needed.
- 6Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and status reports, to ensure transparency.
- 7Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption and process improvements across the organization.
- 8Collaborate with data teams to integrate Tango and Lucernex with enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of project management experience in real estate technology or enterprise software implementation.
- 2Proven track record managing projects with Tango or Lucernex or similar lease administration platforms.
- 3Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like MS Project or Jira.
- 4Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- 5Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- 6PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.
- 7Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field; master's degree a plus.
- 8Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
