What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and manage industrial hygiene and built environment consulting projects from initiation through completion
- 2Deliver high-quality technical services ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction
- 3Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across real estate insurance legal construction manufacturing and public agencies
- 4Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Industrial Hygiene & Built Environment Service Line
- 5Prepare proposals scopes of work and technical reports supporting client presentations and business development
- 6Provide technical guidance on industrial hygiene indoor environmental quality occupational health and hazardous materials matters
- 7Mentor junior staff fostering technical excellence and professional development
- 8Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and expand client relationships
- 9Monitor industry trends regulatory developments and market opportunities for strategic growth
- 10Represent J.S. Held at industry events professional associations and client meetings
- 11Manage multidisciplinary project teams supporting collaborative client-focused culture
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene Environmental Science Environmental Health & Safety Geology Engineering Occupational Health or related discipline
- 2Minimum 8-10 years progressive consulting experience in Industrial Hygiene Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Consulting or Built Environment services
- 3Proven success managing complex projects involving industrial hygiene assessments indoor environmental quality investigations hazardous materials consulting regulatory compliance and occupational exposure evaluations
- 4Strong knowledge of federal Pennsylvania and New Jersey environmental and occupational health & safety regulations including OSHA requirements
- 5Valid driver's license willing to travel throughout Pennsylvania New Jersey and Mid-Atlantic region
