Senior Product Owner, Unstructured Data & Info Protection
Overview
Own the end-to-end delivery of unstructured data protection capabilities at enterprise scale within the Cybersecurity Information Protection domain. Drive discovery, scanning, classification, labeling, enforcement, and remediation workflows across on prem, cloud, SaaS, and M365 environments. Partner with governance, privacy, legal, risk, and lines of business to deliver auditable, compliant solutions and measurable outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of policy, technology, and delivery, translating risk priorities into shipped capabilities.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead delivery and execution for Information Protection unstructured scanning and governance capabilities from discovery to sustainment
- 2Own end-to-end delivery and release milestones across platforms and lines of business
- 3Coordinate cross team dependencies and unblock delivery through clear technical requirements and roadmaps
- 4Write and refine epics, features, and user stories in Jira with scrum teams to drive iterative value
- 5Establish OKRs/KPIs, monitor data driven performance, and drive continuous improvement
- 6Drive automation and process optimization to scale scanning, classification quality, and remediation execution
- 7Plan investment and quarterly delivery across the Information Protection product area
- 8Balance user usability with enterprise control through voice of the customer input
- 9Ensure scalable, auditable solutions across on prem, cloud, SaaS, and M365 environments
- 10Partner with privacy, compliance, legal, risk, and lines of business to enforce governance
Requirements7
- 17+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent
- 23+ years of Agile practices and strong Jira proficiency
- 3Experience delivering enterprise Information Protection, DSPM, data governance, or data protection programs at scale
- 4Hands on experience with data discovery, scanning, classification, labeling, and or DLP platforms
- 5Experience working across Information Protection, Privacy, IAM, Cloud Security, Application Security, Cyber Defense, Third-Party Risk
- 6Demonstrated risk management leadership and governance experience
- 7Hybrid work schedule and ability to travel up to 10%
Salary Insight
$159 - $279k per year
