Senior Product Manager Salesforce
Overview
Lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce product initiatives for inventory solutions at Cox Automotive. Own the full lifecycle from discovery to optimization, improving sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
What You'll Do12
- 1Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery market research and roadmap planning
- 2Define and execute Salesforce strategies for account planning contact management and opportunity management
- 3Partner with Inventory Sales leaders and frontline users to identify CRM challenges
- 4Translate customer feedback and data insights into actionable product requirements
- 5Lead cross-functional teams through Agile delivery discovery solution design and launch
- 6Establish success metrics and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement
- 7Influence stakeholders across Sales Operations and Technology to align priorities
- 8Champion user-centered design principles to simplify workflows and enhance experience
- 9Identify AI automation opportunities to boost sales productivity and customer engagement
- 10Deliver scalable solutions addressing pipeline visibility forecasting and client engagement
- 11Coordinate on-call rotations outside standard hours as needed
- 12Drive adoption and optimization of CRM systems through change management
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years product management experience
- 2Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and CRM strategy
- 3Proven experience supporting B2B sales processes and account management
- 4Familiarity with Sales Cloud and advanced administrative capabilities
- 5Certification in Salesforce Product Owner or related credentials preferred
- 6Experience with AI-driven design and predictive analytics in product development
- 7Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years professional experience
- 8Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- 9Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- 10Availability for rotational on-call duties outside standard business hours
- 11Demonstrated track record of delivering technology solutions that improve operational efficiency
