- 6Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement
- 7Establish governance frameworks for product metrics and data-driven decisions
- 8Drive platform architecture discussions ensuring scalability and security
- 9Champion Agile practices and mentor junior product managers
- 10Represent product management in enterprise architecture reviews
- 11Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate roadmap commitments
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Business or related field
- 25+ years product management experience focused on enterprise finance systems
- 3Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery
- 4Deep understanding of enterprise platforms such as Treasury Management Systems Salesforce Workday
- 5Strong executive communication skills with C-suite presentation experience
- 6Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
- 7Experience with Agile at scale and guiding product teams
- 8Analytical mindset with data analysis and business case development capabilities
- 9Experience managing indirect teams and mentoring product professionals
- 10Self-starter mentality with ownership and urgency
- 11Preferred: FinTech payments experience and certifications like CSPO or SAFe
