Senior Program Manager US1 Finastra Technology
Overview
Lead strategic initiatives scaling mission critical solutions across lending payments universal banking. Report to Director of Program Management Americas overseeing multi project delivery from intake to operational readiness.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build executive level escalation management by proactively identifying and resolving critical issues
- 2Serve as primary interface with sponsors stakeholders customers delivery teams defining objectives and aligning expectations
- 3Define project goals scope governance team roles across delivery phases
- 4Manage weekly execution plans milestones dependencies and progress against cost schedule scope and quality commitments
- 5Lead change control assessing impact facilitating governance decisions and ensuring approved changes are communicated
- 6Maintain financial discipline through forecasting budget management variance analysis and corrective action planning
- 7Continuously identify qualify and track risks issues with mitigation plans contingency actions and executive visibility
- 8Identify resource needs early communicate requirements to ensure proper staffing
- 9Manage internal and external stakeholder communications maintaining appropriate cadence transparency and alignment
- 10Support commercial discussions scope definition effort estimation Statements of Work and business case development
- 11Promote consistent use of project management standards tools and delivery governance across teams
Requirements12
- 1Extensive project program management experience leading technical non-technical resources across cross functional teams
- 2Proven ability to identify action items track dependencies and complete activities
- 3Experience defining implementing improving standards processes using PMI or CMMI best practices
- 4Experience building project budgets based on work breakdown structures resource plans and delivery commitments
- 5Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS Azure and GCP
- 6Understanding SaaS PaaS IaaS delivery models cloud architecture networking identity management integration patterns
- 7Experience managing cloud providers system integrators external integration partners and third party vendors
- 8Ability to negotiate priorities resolve cross organizational dependencies and maintain delivery alignment
- 9Experience planning production cutovers go live activities and operational readiness
- 10Understanding SLA management incident management and service operations practices
- 11Experience presenting program status risks issues financials and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders
- 12Managing senior client relationships including C level stakeholders
