- 1Assess plan deliver accurate medical nutrition therapy using established standards and evidence
- 2Incorporate culture competence and family centered care principles
- 3Train and observe RDs interns and students providing feedback
- 4Pursue professional growth and skill development
- 5Contribute to rounds care conferences and coordinate care
- 6Collaborate with Clinical Nutrition team to identify issues and improve processes
- 7Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation
- 8Lead advocacy efforts policy reviews and quality improvement initiatives
- 9Mentor RDs and support involvement in associations research and publications
- 10Serve as role model for standards of behavior and mentorship
- 11Facilitate professional engagement and support team development
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree prior to 2024 graduates
- 2Master's degree required for 2024 graduates
- 3Four years clinical nutrition experience
- 4Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license
- 5Experience with ketogenic diets and related technologies
- 6Familiarity with AWS Spark Airflow platforms
- 7Ability to work in fast paced environment
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and certification maintenance
Salary Insight
$69 - $102k per year
