What You'll Do10
- 1Build trusted advisor relationships with senior management, influencing business strategy and decision-making.
- 2Lead complex cross-functional People & Talent projects, including competency models, talent assessment, and succession planning.
- 3Analyze trends and metrics with the People & Talent team to develop targeted solutions and programs.
- 4Drive employee engagement and retention by partnering with leaders on performance management and culture initiatives.
- 5Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and leadership acquisition to align with business priorities.
- 6Coach employees and leaders through complex employee relations issues, conducting objective investigations.
- 7Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
- 8Champion significant people initiatives, ensuring clear communication and application across business groups.
- 9Mentor Generalists and Business Partners, fostering growth and development within the team.
- 10Apply Excel and data tools to research and analyze HR metrics for data-driven decisions.
Requirements10
- 110+ years of related experience in HR, with a proven track record in strategic HR management.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3Experience with HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Performance Management Systems.
- 4Strong understanding of employment law and state/federal compliance regulations.
- 5Demonstrated ability to guide senior leaders through ambiguity and make tough decisions.
- 6Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to have critical conversations.
- 7Proven results in innovation and ability to inspire creative thinking.
- 8Experience in fast-growth environments and with a distributed workforce model.
- 9Preferred: Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
- 10Preferred: Practical experience with change management or Change Management certification.
