Senior HR Leader – Talent Strategy & Business Partner

We seek a Strategic HR leader to drive talent excellence across enterprise sales at CDW Chicago. The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with leadership to design and implement people solutions that align with business goals. This role blends HR expertise with business acumen to create scalable talent frameworks. What You'll Do11
- 1Engage executive leaders to provide evidence-based guidance on talent challenges
- 2Support senior leaders with coaching and mentorship for direct reports and peers
- 3Drive organizational change initiatives while maintaining operational continuity
- 4Develop and execute talent roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- 5Create communication strategies to mitigate risks during coworker assessments
- 6Prioritize project pipelines and coordinate with stakeholders on deliverables
- 7Lead integration efforts focusing on talent assessment and organizational synergy
- 8Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver programs like PMP and Engagement Surveys
- 9Model collaborative relationships with COEs to ensure program success
- 10Advocate for employees and act as a liaison between HR and business units
- 11Analyze data to inform business decisions and recommend strategic actions
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree with 7 years HR experience supporting IT sales teams
- 2Master’s degree with 5 years HR experience in similar contexts
- 3Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- 4Proven leadership experience managing teams and resolving conflicts
- 5Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- 6Experience navigating complex organizational dynamics
- 7Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- 8Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
- 9Deep understanding of talent management and succession planning
- 10Travel to CDW locations as needed
Salary Insight
$140 - $166k per year
