Overview
You will own payroll operations and system support as the Oracle HCM Cloud SME. Your daily work spans payroll processing, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR Technology. You will configure Oracle HCM elements, validate system updates, and troubleshoot complex issues. You will mentor team members and drive accurate, compliant payroll outcomes. - 1Partner with HR Technology stakeholders to detail Oracle HCM enhancement requirements.
- 2Support design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM updates and integrations.

- 5Provide advanced troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues and data discrepancies.
- 6Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud releases and assess impacts on configurations.

- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and downstream impacts.
Requirements7
- 18+ years in payroll processing, payroll tax, or finance.
- 23+ years hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- 31+ year with ADP SmartCompliance.
- 43+ years in payroll tax filings.
- 5Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 6Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance.
- 7Experience with system implementations, integrations, and testing.
